Hello everyone,

I’m currently in Buenos Aires, Argentina and as everyone else I’m having the time of my life here. The city is massive but has such a charm. There are so many things to see, experience and discover. I quickly felt at home and it’s easy to get your way around. Also, travelling to nearby countries such as Uruguay, Paraguay or Chile is doable. For me, as an international communication student, it is the perfect opportunity to experience other cultures and to completely dive into what I am given here. There are many cultural differences, but so far I haven’t found one with which I edge. Being surrounded by a Spanish-speaking environment helps a lot in developing your language skills but also means that you constantly have to prove yourself. The university is well-organized, located in a perfect neighbourhood and the classes are similar to Hanze-style – consisting of a mix of theory and practice. Generally, there are easier and more difficult classes and depending on your desire of workload, there is a great assortment to choose from.

If you’re looking for a challenge in an amazing capital city which has so much to offer and want to improve your Spanish as well as get to know a Latino culture, Buenos Aires is the place to be. With its European flair and Latino passion, it’s the perfect spot to gain experiences and grow and outgrow yourselves!! If you have any questions, feel free to contact and ask me!!

Hi people, my name is Solange Wilson and I'm still in NL. I'm interning at the moment in Hilversum for an on-line gaming company called Spil Games.

I'm working in the Corporate Communications department. And I'm learning A LOT. Ken and Mart know their stuff lol. It's really about being proactive and sharing your ideas. Your learn how a company works internally and how important social media really is to a business! Again all of that group work comes in handy! I'm meeting some great people and been able to have some great experiences!

All in all, there is no place like G-town, even though I'm really close to Amsterdam and all the perks... No place like G-town!
