for PhD Candidates with Gopher collaboration

Dear future Doctors of Philosophy,

Let us meet online on 30th of November to discuss the age old interaction of philosophy and science, what is philosophy and what qualifies as science (distinction between science and pseudo-science), basics of logic, argument making and fallacies (the use of invalid and faulty reasoning)

As usual, the meeting will be in discussion format rather than typical lecture/seminar format. Therefore the attendance is limited to 15people.
