Fellow Hardstarter, Austin Piedmont from The Collective Unconscious held a Tosti Talk in the DesignLab UTwente about psychedelics and their perception in our society. Amazing talk, turnout of people and discussion!

Psychedelische drugs onder de loep Oud UT-student psychologie, Austin Piedmont, gaf vandaag een Tostitalk in DesignLab over de gevaren van psychedelische drugs. Wat hem steekt is de onwetendheid en de negatieve berichtgeving over deze geestverruimende middelen.

Congratulations to A3T - Aerobotic Twente for becoming an official team. We are glad to have them as members of the Hardstart community!

A3T becomes an official UT student team Aerobotic Tech Team Twente (A3T) has become the sixth official UT student team. The team focused on drone technology has received a final approval from the Executive Board and will now be supported by the University of Twente.

Do you have an interest in startups? We will be launching a brand new event starting in November where you will be able to learn all about the Hardstart community.

Why do you believe that although you are nonprofit association, you belong in HardStart? Is it just the office space or is there more to it?

"...We are promoting entrepreneurship in our team, and by being part of HardStart ecosystem, members can develop their startup spirit!"

What biggest event can we look out for in the near future?

"...DroneClash competition, a flying retake of Battlebots. Have you ever seen a flying flamethrower take down a drone? It's great."

Did HardStart in any way enable you to achieve what you otherwise would not be able to?

"Since all startups in the hub operates in quite different fields, we are only a few steps away from getting valuable knowledge from others experiences."

As some of you guys have noticed, HardStart is going through some changes. And, although the academic year has just started, you cannot be too early enough for some announcements.

For the ones that are not yet familiar with HardStart, Hardstart is about connecting and networking student entrepreneurs giving them opportunities to realize a start-up.
