Wil je zeker zijn dat je boodschap overkomt? Bij Toastmasters brengen we de theorie van beter presenteren in de praktijk. Onze leden komen 2 keer per maand bij elkaar: de 2e dinsdag in het Engels, de 4e dinsdag in het NL, op dit moment online. We hebben een proeflidmaatschap (3 avonden binnen een half jaar) en vast lidmaatschap. Toastmasters is een verenging van vrijwilligers, en iedereen draag bi

j aan elkaars leren. Our members meet twice a month: the 2nd Tuesday of the month in Englis, the 4th Tuesday in Dutch. We have a trial membership (3 evenings in half a year) and a full membership. Details and tariff on request. Toastmasters is a volunteer organisation, and everyone contributes to each other's educational process. Currently, we meet online only.

🔥 BIG WIN for Twente Toastmasters! 🔥

Yesterday at the Area C5 Contest, where clubs from Overijssel, Groningen and Flevoland came together to compete in 4 categories: Dutch and English Speech and Dutch and English Tall Tales, our club truly made its mark.
🏆Boris won 1st place in the English Speech Contest! and
🏆Anet won 1st place in the Dutch Speech Contest
Two categories. Two winners. One very proud club 😊.

Their speeches combined authenticity, impact and powerful storytelling — exactly what Toastmasters is all about.

Congratulations to all winners, and a big thank you to everyone who supported, organized and cheered throughout the day.

🎅✨ Sinterklaas heeft ons land alweer verlaten en we maken ons klaar om de kerstman te verwelkomen. Dat betekent: even gas terug. Tijd om thuis bij de haard te zitten, terug te blikken op een leerzaam en inspirerend Toastmasters-jaar en op te laden voor wat komen gaat. Onze club houdt een kerstpauze 🎄
Beentjes omhoog, batterij opladen… want in het nieuwe jaar openen we weer spetterend!
