We said goodbye to 6 clients in the past two months and welcomed 4 new⦠and weāre okay with that.
Not every collaboration is meant to last and thatās something every agency learns at some point.
For us, it came down to alignment.
When vision, expectations, and values donāt match, no amount of strategy can fix that.
We also realised:
If a client isnāt clear on their own direction, it becomes impossible to build something meaningful together.
So instead of stretching, forcing, or overdelivering in the wrong placesāitās beter to step back.
Our biggest takeaway?
Bigger isnāt always better.
Weāre not here to be the biggest agency.
Weāre here to be the right one.
The kind that keeps things personal.
The kind that delivers quality over quantity.
The kind that builds brands with intention not just for growth, but for longevity. Reflecting on where to improve and sustain.
A strong foundation will always outperform fast scaling.
