Motocross athlete Jakob Zwaiecker has been putting himself right in the mix at some of his recent races, showing just how far consistent, structured training can take you.

Based in Germany while we’re coaching from the Netherlands, Jakob follows a fully personalised training plan built by us through TrainingPeaks. Every session is structured around his goals, performance and race demands.

His plan combines both on-bike and off-bike training, giving him a complete approach to developing his performance.

No matter where you’re based, your training should be specific, purposeful and built around you.

Jakob is proving it.

Being fit and fast is a small part of the entire puzzle, and it amazes me to see how these guys handle themselves week to week.

Our Studio got some love.

New equipment, paint colors and a better layout, all chosen with specificity in mind. Everything in here has a job to do and supports how our athletes actually need to train.

This isn’t the finished product. It’s the start.
The aim is to keep building this into a proper all-in-one facility where athletes can train with intent, fix weaknesses, and improve performance long term.

Heading into 2026, the standard is simple: train with purpose, keep raising the bar, and keep improving the environment around the work.

The goal is to make this a place that truly supports athletes who are willing to put the work in.

The next phases are set in place, stay tuned...

From sinking in his first swim lesson to finishing Ironman 70.3 Croatia in 5h36. Harrie’s transformation has been incredible.

When we started, he’d never swum laps, never trained on a real road bike, and triathlon was completely new. However, he showed up every single week, pushed through the uncomfortable moments, and built himself into an athlete through pure consistency and discipline.

He didn’t just finish either, he delivered a debut performance people spend years working toward.

This is why Purely Watts exists, helping athletes realise what they’re truly capable of.

Your Coach - From Motocross Racer to Sports Performance Coach.

Growing up, my dream was simple - become a professional motocross rider. I chased that dream with everything I had and was fortunate enough to compete at a high level.
However, along the way I began to notice that the training methods used in the sport felt outdated. I knew there had to be a better way to help riders (and athletes in general) reach their full potential.

That realization sparked a new passion. I took a step back from racing and began studying human performance, drawing insights from endurance sports like cycling to better understand how the body truly performs, adapts, and thrives under pressure.

Today, as a sports performance coach, my goal is to combine my experience as a racer with science driven methods to redefine how athletes train - helping them unlock new levels of performance, resilience, and longevity in their sport.
