Sometimes rest feels impossible… because stillness reveals what we’ve been hiding.
Our fears, grief, or unresolved emotions can surface.
But Scripture doesn’t demand rest, it invites it:
‘Come to Me, all who are weary, and I will give you rest.’

Rest is received, not forced.

Being honest with yourself is one of the most freeing things you can do.

When you truly know who you are, you stand on a foundation that nothing can shake.
Honesty gives you clarity, confidence, and the strength to make choices that honour your purpose.

You don’t have to fit into spaces that aren’t yours.
You don’t have to carry battles that weren’t meant for you.
You can focus on what only you were created to do.

And here’s the beautiful part:
The more honest you are with yourself, the more you see the amazing potential inside you.
You start living with intention, standing strong, and stepping into your God-given purpose.

If you’re learning to honour your truth, keep going.
You are capable. You are unique. And the world needs what only you can offer.

Today we held the Equipped Workshop: The Heart of Intimacy, and my heart is so full.
What a special day, honest, deep, and truly unforgettable. It was such an honor to stand alongside a beautiful group of people who carry the vision of building others up, strengthening hearts, and creating spaces where God can move.

I’m grateful for the openness, the vulnerability, and the hunger for growth that filled the room. These moments remind me why we do what we do, to equip, empower, and draw people closer to the Father’s heart.

So thankful to be part of this journey. 🤍
Here’s to more healing, more connection, and more intimacy with Him and with one another.
