for a phd student there will be a nice apartment (1st floor) available from 1 janauary 2025 in Ede, 70m2 with 2 bedrooms and a spacious roof terrace. Private parking and located between station Ede and station Ede-Wagingen. A 5-minute walk from the centre of Ede. The flat has air conditioning. As per December 1st, we offer 1 self contained studio for rent.

The studio is part of a new building located in the city of Ede (address: Beukenlaan 2, close to the University of Wageningen) which is part of the Food Valley Region. Many students live and study here.

This studio is around 25m2 and has a kitchen and own bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, electric stove and microwave/oven. Furthermore you can share the general washing machines and dryers,

The studio is equipped with a nice floor and curtains.

To make sure you don't feel alone, you can play a game of pool, darts or table football in the game room, relax in the private back garden or read a book in the front of the building (large wooden couch).

The location is great: public transportation is in front of the building, and also the main train station (Ede/Wageningen) is on walking distance. Supermarket and bars are just a few minutes away.

Price of the studio is around € 525,-/month excluding costs for energy/water and other services (around € 125,-/month).

Are you an international student looking for a nice place to live while studying at the Wageningen University? We offer more than 36 self contained studio's / apartments in a new building located in the city of Ede (address: Beukenlaan 2, close to the University of Wageningen) which is part of the Food Valley Region. Many students live and study here.

The studio's or apartments are between 25m2-45m2 and have a kitchen and own bathroom with toilet. All kitchens are supplied with refrigerator, electric stove and microwave/oven. Furthermore you can share the general washing machines and dryers (12 in total).

All studio's are already supplies with a nice floor and curtains.

To make sure you don't feel alone, you can play a game of pool, darts or table football in the game room, relax in the private back garden or read a book in the front of the building (large wooden couch).
