🦎 A new eye-catcher at the Aqua Campus!

After sharing a few sneak peeks behind the scenes, we're excited to reveal the finished result.

This impressive custom terrarium measures 295 cm high, 120 cm wide, and 120 cm deep and is now home to our Water Dragons.

To create this natural-looking setup, a combination of hardscape, planting, lighting and technical equipment was used:

Every year AWG proudly supports one or more charities. This year, we are thrilled to support The Ocean Cleanup with a donation of €5000! 💧

Why The Ocean Cleanup?
Plastic pollutes our oceans and rivers, claiming the lives of millions of fish, whales, dolphins , birds, sea turtles, and seals. Using a U-shaped barrier towed by two ships, floating plastic on the ocean’s surface is collected. In recent years, this method has already removed over 20 million kilograms of waste from oceans and rivers.

As plant and fish enthusiasts, we care deeply about nature, which is why we are supporting this worthy cause. 🐟🌿
