𝗨𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗟𝗩 𝟲 𝗢𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 (𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀)

Op Donderdag 6 oktober 2022 om 20:00 zal er weer een algemene ledenvergadering plaatsvinden voor bewoners van De RXL. De ALV vindt plaats in de bewonersruimte. Op de ALV praten we over het doen en laten van de vereniging, worden er actuele zaken besproken en worden mogelijk essentiële keuzes voor de vereniging gemaakt. Tijdens de ALV kun je je stem laten horen, dus zorg dat je erbij bent! Specifieke informatie, zoals de agenda (onder voorbehoud) vind je in je mail (Check je Junk/Spam folder)

Om 20.00 uur stipt zullen we uitleggen hoe de ALV fysiek zal verlopen. Het wordt zeer op prijs gesteld als jullie hierbij aanwezig kunnen zijn om onduidelijkheid later te voorkomen.

Ben je verhinderd op deze ALV, maar wil je toch je mening geven over de agendapunten? Dan kun je iemand machtigen om namens jou te stemmen,dit doe je door een e-mail te sturen naar [email protected]. Dit e-mailadres kun je ook gebruiken voor andere vragen met betrekking tot deze ALV.

Wij zien je graag op 6 oktober om 20.00 uur in de bewonersruimte.

Are you unable to attend this ALV, but would you still like to give your opinion on the above agenda items? Then you can authorize someone to vote on your behalf by sending an email to [email protected]. This email address can also be used for other questions related to this ALV or residents' association De RXL.

Invitation ALV 27 January 2022 (For Residents)

On Thursday, January 27, there will be a General member meeting (ALV) of residents' association De RXL at 8:00 pm. The ALV will be held online (Subject to change) via our ''ALV Discord Server'' so it is safe and fair for everyone to follow. Even if you are not physically present on De RXL we invite you!

Hi all, the RXL celebrates it's 10 year existence with a gala! This big lustrum party will take place Thursday the 9th of December at de Omval from 19.00u until midnight. The theme is casino royale. This means there will be poker, roulette, decorations, cocktails and a dresscode: luxury, posh, classy, eleganza extravaganzaa! There will also be unlimited access to a photobooth and you will be able to get 4 free drinks from the bar. All other drinks will be at your own cost. Hope to see you there!!

When you arrive at de Omval we are obliged to ask you for your corona qr code.

Aankondiging Welkomstetentje voor Nieuwe Bewoners

Het is weer díe tijd van de maand: we hebben een nieuwe datum geprikt voor een welkomstevenement voor alle nieuwe RXL bewoners! Save the date op 19 november om 18:30 uur en schuif aan voor een spetterend etentje met je mede RXL-buren en de (bestuurs)leden van Bewonersvereniging De RXL. Breng je positieve vibes en laat het eten en drinken aan ons over! 🍕🍻

- Ben je een nieuwe bewoner en wil je graag komen? Check je mailbox!

Na lang en hard gewerkt te hebben aan de nieuwe website is het eindelijk zo ver… hij staat officieel online! Met een geheel nieuw design, een vernieuwde agenda voor aankomende activiteiten, updates van waar de commissies mee bezig zijn, een geüpdate fotopagina, informatie over ons en natuurlijk praktische huurdersinformatie. Ook is het gratis lenen van spullen iets veranderd: er zijn nu twee vaste momenten waarop je spullen kunt lenen en ophalen, namelijk op maandag- en donderdagavond (tussen 20:00 en 21:00). Hiervoor kun je mailen naar [email protected].

After long and hard working on the new website, the moment is there… the website is now officially online! With a completely new design, a renewed agenda for the upcoming activities, updates of what the committees are up to, an updated page for photos, information about us and of course, practical tenant information. We have also changed the procedure of the free renting of items: there are now two moments for renting and returning articles, on Monday and Thursday night (between 20:00 and 21:00). For this, you can send an email to [email protected].

Op woensdag 23 september om 19:00 uur verzorgt de Woonbond samen met de bestuursleden van BoKS een gratis webinar van circa 50 minuten over de huurrechten van studenten. Iedereen is van harte uitgenodigd om deze webinar bij te wonen. Je kunt je inschrijven via de registratiepagina (https://woonbond.webinargeek.com/huurrecht-studenten). Schrijf je ook in als je niet live kunt kijken. Je ontvangt dan namelijk een replay-link, waarmee je nog een week de tijd hebt om het webinar terug te kijken.

Jurist en huurrechtspecialist, Maarten van der Veen, zet tijdens dit webinar de rechten en plichten van huurders op een rij. Waar moeten studenten eigenlijk op letten bij hun huurcontract? En wat is de rol van de huurdersorganisatie ten opzichte van de verhuurder? Onder meer deze onderwerpen komen aan bod. Via de chat kunnen er vragen gesteld worden.
