FSG 2026 | DAYS 4-7 πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

DAY 4
We reached the Cost & Manufacturing and Business Plan Presentation finals and passed the Brake, Rain and Driver Egress tests. βœ…βœ…βœ… We also had two photoshoots and ended the day together, supporting our presenters in the BPP finals.

DAY 5
We started by passing the Autonomous Brake Test βœ… and then competed in the Cost & Manufacturing Finals. Unfortunately, we couldn't complete a valid run in Autonomous Acceleration or Skidpad. 😞 Despite that, we ended the day on a high with a 4.94 s manual Skidpad time at night. πŸ”₯

DAY 6
An incredible day! We achieved a 3.40 s Acceleration run and passed post-scrutineering. πŸŽοΈπŸ’¨ We also completed Autocross, although our fastest lap was later disqualified. We finished the day with three 3rd-place finishes in BPP, Cost & Manufacturing and Acceleration. πŸ†

DAY 7
The season came to an end. Despite a mechanical failure in Endurance stopping us from fighting for the FSG win, we couldn't be prouder of what we achieved in Germany. πŸ’™πŸ

DAYS 1-3 | FSG 2026 πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

Day 1: Our truck and part of the team arrived! We unpacked everything, set up our social area, and got some of the tents up and running.

Day 2: We attempted the accumulator and mechanical inspections. We had a few changes to make, so we decided to regroup and try again the next day.

Day 3: What an achievement! We passed Mechanical βœ…, Accumulator βœ…, and Electrical Inspection! βœ… We also took part in the Panoramic Team Photo πŸ“Έand the official Team Welcome (great fun, great atmosphere).

We’re making great progress and we’re excited for what’s next!πŸ”₯

All the work, all the testing, all the late nights... This week is what we've been working for the whole year.

Now there’s only one thing left: show what this car can do.

DAYS 6&7 | FSCZ πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ

The final two days in Czechia were full of highs and lows...

Day 6 was all about our final Acceleration runs, practice laps, and the Autocross event. It was great to see all the cars pushing the limits on track. πŸ’ͺ We also enjoyed taking the Team Photo, spending time with other teams, and ending the day with the first part of the Award Ceremony. πŸ…

Day 7 was all about Endurance. We were setting competitive lap times until, during the driver change, we found a loose nut in one of our mechanical systems caused by vibrations. Unfortunately, that meant our race came to an early end with a DNF. πŸ˜” It's a tough result, but that's motorsport - sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.

Afterwards, we stayed to support other teams, celebrated the end of the competition at the Award Ceremony, and spent the evening making great memories with teams from all over Europe. 🌍

Czechia challenged us in every possible way, but we're incredibly grateful to have been part of this wonderful event. Now it's time to head home, reflect on everything we've learned so far, and get ready for Germany. πŸ”₯ πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

DAYS 4&5 | FSCZ πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ

Day 4 started with successfully completing all technical inspections, including the Rain Test βœ…and Brake Test βœ…. We also passed Driverless scrutineering βœ…, bringing us one step closer to autonomous driving. The day continued with Cost and Manufacturing presentation.

A major highlight of the day was our Business Plan Presentation crew being in the finals once again! Despite having very little time to prepare for the final round, they delivered a great performance on the main stage, making the whole team extremely proud. πŸ’™

To finish the day, some team members took part in the Flunkyball Tournament organised for teams in Czechia. It was a fun way to relax after a long day, and we were thrilled to hear that we achieved 3rd place! 🍻

Day 5 brought another important milestone: we successfully passed the Autonomous Brake Test! βœ… This meant we collected our DV stickers and our car was officially declared safe to drive autonomously. πŸš—

Later, we competed in Engineering Design and gained valuable feedback, even though we didn’t reach the finals. We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved and will use the feedback to improve for the next competition. πŸ’ͺ

On track, we participated in Acceleration and Skidpad. Although strong competition and unexpected technical issues prevented us from showing the car’s full potential, the team worked hard to fix the problems and be ready to perform the next day.

The day ended with the Yeast Beast Tournament - a unique student racing event featuring motorised beer crates. We had a lot of fun supporting our team and enjoying the creativity of the competition. 🍻😜

FSCZ | DAYS 1-3 πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ

After a long journey, we finally made it to Czechia! The first day was all about getting settled in: registering the team, setting up camp, and preparing for the (very) busy days ahead.

Honestly speaking, a bit of calmness was exactly what we needed. We took some time to recharge by the lake, went for a swim, bought all the things we somehow forgot in Switzerland, and finally did some laundry. πŸ˜… We also had our first look at the circuit… and it DID NOT disappoint. 😍

After that, it was time to focus again. During the next day we worked on our static events and started inspections, successfully passing Pre-Inspection and Accumulator Inspection. βœ…

Day 3 was another busy one! What exactly happener? Well, we achieved two more milestones:

βœ… Mechanical Inspection passed
βœ… Electrical Inspection passed

We also presented our Business Plan Presentation to the judges and made it to the Finals!! πŸ’™

In between all the competition stress, we enjoyed the Team Welcome Ceremony, and our Truck Crew started their own little project - the Yeast Beast 🍻, a vehicle made for beer crate racing.

A few days full of work, teamwork, and some fun moments along the way. More to come! πŸπŸ’™

DAY 7&8 | FSCH 2026 πŸ‡¨πŸ‡

You know what? Some moments genuinely feel like a whole season packed into 24 hours.

Day 7 brought the main challenge of the week: Endurance. Twenty-two kilometers to prove that our car is not only fast but also reliable, consistent, and ready to fight until the very end. πŸŽοΈπŸ’¨

Once we crossed the finish line, the celebrations started. But... the real test wasn't over yet. Waiting for post-scrutineering always feels endless, and this time was no different.

However, after a lot of drama, countless struggles, and plenty of hope, we made it. We officially passed!

Then we headed to the award ceremony. And oh boy, what a night...

πŸ† 1st place – Business Plan Presentation
πŸ† 1st place – Efficiency
πŸ₯ˆ 2nd place – Endurance
πŸ₯‰ 3rd place – Engineering Design

And finally:

πŸ₯ˆ 2ND PLACE OVER ALL AT FORMULA STUDENT SWITZERLAND! πŸ‡¨πŸ‡

This trophy belongs to every person who believed, worked tirelessly, pushed through setbacks, and refused to give up. We're proud of everyone who put their blood, sweat, and tears into this result, because behind every achievement stands a team full of passion, dreams, and dedication. πŸ’™

Day 8 was a completely different kind of adventure. After packing up camp, we headed towards Germany, taking the scenic route, of course. Mountains, photoshoots, plane spotting, a spontaneous visit to Liechtenstein, karting, countless laughs, and memories we'll be talking about for years to come. πŸ”οΈβœˆοΈ

Regensburg was our pit stop, and afterwards we headed to Most, Czechia, for our next competition. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ

DAY 5 & 6 | FSCH 2026 πŸ‡¨πŸ‡

On Monday, our Swiss adventure continued with a day full of challenges.

We started the day with the Engineering Design Finals, where we had the opportunity to present our car to the judges, explain the engineering decisions behind each concept, and share our journey, challenges, and lessons learned along the way. πŸ”§

The evening brought a mix of emotions. We reached an important milestone and competed in our first dynamic event of the season - Skidpad! πŸŽοΈπŸ’¨

While the result wasn’t what we had hoped for, seeing our car come to life under the stars and the night lights was an incredible experience. It also gave us a glimpse of the car’s true potential and reminded us that it's a journey and there's still a lot to win this season. πŸ’ͺ

As the sun rose the following morning, we came back ready, hoping for a change of luck. πŸ€

We started the day with early practice runs, but unfortunately discovered a technical issue with our accumulator management system that affected our performance. After understanding the extent of the situation, we made the decision to continue competing in Acceleration and Autocross. Despite every effort to solve the issue and extract the maximum from the car, it wasn’t enough to achieve the results we were aiming for. πŸ˜”

Later that evening, we watched the first part of the Award Ceremony. After the difficulties we faced during the dynamic events, the atmosphere was understandably quiet, and no one expected a positive surprise after such a challenging day.

But then it happened.

A moment we secretly hoped for but never dared to expect - winning the Business Plan Presentation Award! πŸ†

What a special achievement for the whole team. We are incredibly proud of our presenters and the entire BPP crew. This recognition was fully deserved and a true reflection of their hard work, dedication, and passion. Congrats, team! πŸŽ‰

Days like these teach us to keep hope alive. Never expect, never brag, but always stay hopeful, because you never know what might happen. This experience reminded us to keep pushing, to celebrate the small victories, and most importantly, it brought us closer together as a team. πŸ’™

DAY 3&4 | FSCH 2026 πŸ‡¨πŸ‡

What a weekend...

These past two days had everything: excitement, stress, setbacks, victories, and countless moments that reminded us why we love doing what we do.

On Saturday we collected another scrutineering sticker after passing Mechanical Inspection βœ…, presented in all static events, and received incredible news - we qualified for both the Business Plan Presentation and Engineering Design Finals! πŸŽ‰

Later in the afternoon we also had the pleasure of welcoming the CTO of ING and the COO of one of the largest European Ferrari Challenge teams to our pit, sharing our experiences and exchanging stories. πŸŽοΈπŸ’¨

Unfortunately, the day ended with a small setback, as an accumulator issue stopped us from completing Electrical Inspection, but everyone immediately got to work to be ready for another try the next morning. πŸ’ͺ

Sunday started with tools in our hands and one clear goal: get the car through the remaining inspections. After hours of hard work, uncertainty, and plenty of nerves, everything finally came together.
Electrical Inspection? Passed. βœ…
Tilt Test? Passed. βœ…
Rain Test? Passed. βœ…
Brake Test? βœ… Passed on the first try.
Just like that, we had collected all six technical inspection stickers. ⚑

To finish an unforgettable weekend, we gathered to cheer on our presenters during the Business Plan Presentation Finals. πŸ’™
