𝗔 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗦𝗗 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 🌍

Last Friday, our Secondary community came together for International Day in our new building for the very first time.

Students shared their talents through dance and piano performances, families brought flavours from around the world and the afternoon was filled with music, henna painting, food and connection.

It was a lively and meaningful celebration of the cultures, stories and people that make ISD such an international community. 💙

This weekend, our Primary School celebrated International Day!

Our community came together for a morning of fun, food and festivities, all with a World Cup twist. We enjoyed wonderful performances from our students, the choir and even the teachers.

A lovely morning full of energy, culture and community spirit.

𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 🔬

Our MYP 1 students turned their questions into real Science Fair projects.

From testing water filtration methods to looking at food preservatives and the impact of electric cars on air pollution, they explored topics that connect directly to the world around them.

It was great to see them research, test, explain and share their ideas with confidence. Curiosity, creativity and critical thinking were clearly on display.

Well done to all MYP 1 students who took part.

What does a school day look like for our youngest learners? During our Early Years Open Day, families are welcome to walk in, explore the spaces and get a feeling for the warm and inspiring environment at International School Delft.

You will discover how learning through play supports curiosity, confidence and development within the IB Primary Years Programme. It is a great opportunity to meet our team, ask questions and see if ISD feels like the right fit for your family.

𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗦𝗗 ⛺

This week, our MYP 1 to MYP 4 students took part in Camp and Activities Week.

MYP 1 and MYP 3 enjoyed a variety of activity days, including trips to Drievliet, Neeltje Jans and a beach day. MYP 2 and MYP 4 headed off to camp in Zeeland, where they took on outdoor activities such as the climbing forest, canoeing and campsite challenges.

Even with rainy and cold weather, our students and staff showed real resilience, teamwork and community spirit. A week full of learning, connection and memorable experiences beyond the classroom.

𝗣𝗬𝗣𝟳 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗦𝗗 🎓

Students proudly presented their independent research projects to parents and visitors, sharing their ideas, insights and learning journeys.

The exhibition highlighted their curiosity, creativity, and commitment to making a difference. It was a huge success and we are incredibly proud of our PYP7 students.
