Good day, everyone!
CALMet XIV Conference will be hosted by SMN, Argentina, 27 September - 1 October 2021. The conference will be entirely online.
In 2021 CALMet will offer a new, more active event - a “flipped-learning conference.” Rather than simply a series of presentations, we intend this event to be highly active and filled with opportunities for participants to interact.
The First Announcement is now available for more information and abstract submission.
See you there!

It is intended for all PoCs, Instructional Designers, Trainers, Experts who train others and all other people who have an interest in education and training coming from Eumetcal Members, Eumetcal Partners and EUMETNET members. Please check out https://eumetcal.eu/en/app #/catalog/course/9d87bfa0-cc71-405f-907e-9092bc86f1a4 for the invitation and spread this invitation around to the people that in your eyes should be there too.

We, the programme committee, are very much looking forward to meet you there!

Despite all the different COVID-19 regulations in each country we together are convinced that it is useful to organise the yearly Eumetcal workshop this November. Of course we can't meet in person this time, so we decided to move it all online where your contribution & the contribution of your people contributing to the E&T within your institute will be very important too. This online Eumetcal workshop will be a very flexible workshop fully based on your needs. It will take place on 11-13 November. More information on the programme will follow soon. So please keep these dates reserved for this joint event.

Let’s learn from each other!!

Sometimes you happen to be part of a great WhatsApp group that is called Design Discussions where some invitations for good webinars came by. We shared these invitations with the community. Then I was pushed by the Eumetcal community to put all the available resources from these webinars on one easy to find place.
For me this was the trigger to create a “Support for the community” page on the CALMet Commons ( http://www.calmet.org/p/links-of-interest.html) with all the great resources that were shared between the members in the WhatsApp Design Discussions group and were found in the rest of the community. You will also find a link to this page behind one of the grey buttons on our eumetcal.eu home page. Our plan is to keep this page updated with the new resources we find. Therefore we hope that you will also share with me your suggestions for training material, articles, books and tools which makes your live easier and could be handy for others within our community to use as well. Then I will make sure that this information will be put on the page. In the end we hope that this will help to make your job easier.
