In the last weeks many of our second year students have started their internship. They are gaining experience all over the world at for instance Plopsa group (different parks in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany), Waterbomb Bali (waterpark), the Efteling, operator Merlin (with the known brands as Legoland, Madamme Tusseauds and Sealife center) and Disneyland Paris. The biggest group of students are in Orlando, USA. They are participating in the Walt Disney international college program. They are trained by and will be working at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Last months the ATPM students have worked for several commissioners The second year students gave advice tot Amersfoort Zoo (Dierenpark Amersfoor) aout the hospitality towards childeren. The also created storylines for a ne Polish park called Mandoria. The management of the park (and the alumnus working there) thanked them by making the real Mandorians. They all received a certificate. The 4th year students worked in their minor on several advices for the management team of Europa Park. [ 34 more words ]

Two international students of the Attractions & Theme Parks Management specialisation area (within Breda University of Applied Sciences) received a unique scholarship from the prestigious IAAPA Foundation. This was announced last week in Orlando. Asia Cantoni from Indonesia and Manuel Lackner from Germany will receive funding for their education for two years.
