Geheel volgens traditie was de afgelopen week weer bij ons op bezoek.
Zij verzorgde voor klas 3 en 2HGL het stuk 'About Time', hieronder uitgelegd.
The Johnson’s are a dysfunctional family. They seem to always argue. It isn’t their fault. They don’t want to. Just that, over time they’ve become like this. They don’t know how to stop behaving badly towards each other. So, they keep themselves busy.
Dad is always doing something, he hides in pointless projects, while Mum loses herself in the drama of series, social media, and whatever her friends and neighbours may be doing.
Their son, Will, now 17, has always escaped through daydreams and video games. It’s how he avoids facing his problems, and how he keeps himself entertained when reality feels too complicated or too dull. Lately, Will is beginning to realise that it’s about time he started facing up to things.
One seemingly normal day, his life is turned upside down, inside out, and back to front, as time is ripped apart.
Travelling through time, Will is able to see how things used to be, how things could be, and perhaps see where it all went wrong.
About Time is a highly comic interactive play in ETC´s house style as we follow the adventures of the Johnson’s into their many possible new futures.
