Besides the general biblical and theology studies, our emphasis is on missiological subjects, intercultural communication and preparation to live and work in another culture. Li

ving in the international and intercultural community of the college is part of the training. Cornerstone is an interdenominational evangelical bible college. We stand firm on the basic evangelical beliefs. We are open for discussion and difference of opinion on secondary matters, but seek to avoid controversies and extremes. The school was founded and is owned by WEC-International but we train candidates for many mission organisations, aid agencies and church missions.

Cornerstone has been an amazing place for me to grow in faith and dependency on God. I love living in a community and making new, deep connections. The classes have been a good way for me to grow in knowledge and to learn more about the Bible and culture. Although I had my challenges, there were people by my side to help me through things and pray with me. And for that, I am thankful that God provided this place for me to grow and is leading me further to a different place and new studies. Claire-Elise🇳🇱

"My time at Cornerstone was a big learning experience. God taught me a lot of new things through classes, team placement, and different people. One of my biggest lessons came from trash duty. I learned that the word “full” is a very flexible concept. Whether it’s a trash container or your weekly schedule, if you push down hard enough, somehow a lot more can fit inside. I’m thankful for all the new friends I've made and for how they have become a part of my life. There have also been times when I felt alone, but I was able to experience God more deeply, since I took more time for him. Whenever I did that, I didn't feel alone anymore."🇳🇱 Sven

Cornerstone is a special place for many reasons. The classes challenged me to question my own convictions and to accept views that are different from mine. "Cornerstone is a place not only to study theology, Scripture, and cultural anthropology in theory. Living in a close-knit community with people from completely different parts of the world challenged us to put into practice what we learned in the classroom. We learned firsthand how to navigate both cultural and theological differences. At the same time, others get to see who we truly are and how we live. This sometimes felt uncomfortable or even embarrassing, but it drove us closer to God and became a source of healing, growth, and transformation". Aaron and Evi 🇩🇪🌏

🎓✨ We had the incredible honour of celebrating the graduation of 24 amazing students! It was truly inspiring to hear their testimonies and witness how God has shaped, transformed, and prepared each of them for this next chapter.

One theme echoed throughout the graduation and the testimonies: family. So many students shared how they found a new family at Cornerstone. They spoke about walking through both the valleys and on the mountaintops together. Life wasn't always easy, but again and again they experienced God's faithfulness as He led and carried them through, and they had one another to lean on along the way. It was a beautiful reminder that following Jesus was never meant to be a journey we take alone.
