Students from Secondary 2 are proudly displaying their projects in the school's entrance hall. As part of their Human Sciences lessons, they explored innovative ways to reuse PET bottles and give them a new purpose.

Under the guidance of Ms Cooper, students transformed everyday plastic waste into creative and practical creations, demonstrating both imagination and environmental awareness. The project encouraged them to think critically about sustainability and the small actions we can all take to reduce waste.

Well done to all students for their fantastic ideas and impressive work!

Im Deutsch L2 Unterricht haben die Klassen P3 und P4 ein Theaterstück eingeübt. Aber es ist doch ein bisschen langweilig, ausschließlich eine Geschichte zu spielen. So haben wir sie verändert und "Die Geschichte vom Löwen, der nicht schreiben konnte" traf auf "Gregs Tagebuch".

Wir bekamen einen brüllenden Löwen 🦁, einen Witze erzählenden Affen, ein nerviges Krokodil, einen Käfer, der Gestank verbreitet, und eine Löwin, die das alles weise kommentiert.

Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch ein Lied über den Löwen 🎶 und die Erkenntnis, dass es manchmal doch ganz sinnvoll ist, schreiben zu lernen. ✍️

The children in Nursery enjoyed a magical telling of Assepoester (Cinderella) ✨👑

We watched in amazement as pictures appeared, disappeared, transformed, and blended before our eyes. Using sand on a lighted plate projected onto a screen, the Zandverteller created beautiful moving images that brought the story to life. 🏰✨

After the performance, the children had the opportunity to explore the sand themselves, creating their own pictures and enjoying the sensory experience. What a wonderful combination of storytelling, creativity, and discovery! 🌟🤲

Ontem, dia 10 de junho, os alunos do P5 celebraram o Dia de Portugal com uma atividade especial.

Os alunos assistiram a uma apresentação sobre Portugal, seguida da audição de um fado e da visualização de um curto desenho animado sobre Luís de Camões e os Descobrimentos Portugueses. Assistiram também a um documentário sobre a inspiradora vida de Cristiano Ronaldo.

Para terminar a atividade, todos tiveram a oportunidade de saborear um delicioso pastel de nata.

✨ Foi uma manhã cheia de cultura, aprendizagem e tradição portuguesa!

Our Primary 3, 4 and 5 pupils came together for a wonderful assembly to close off the Wellbeing Project for the 2025–2026 school year! 💛

A huge thank you to Ms Teresa and Ms Roos for their many visits to our classrooms throughout the year. Through engaging activities and discussions, they encouraged our pupils to think about friendship, kindness, conflict resolution, embracing our differences, and staying safe online. 🌈🤝💻

These important lessons have helped our children grow not only as learners, but also as caring and responsible members of our school community.

Thank you for inspiring us, challenging our thinking, and helping us build a happier, kinder school. We can't wait for next year's sessions! 😊✨

This week, our Primary pupils are taking part in the Matific Maths Olympiad 2026! 🧮🏅

Throughout the competition, pupils challenge themselves to solve maths activities, collect stars, and develop their problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging way. 🌟

We are proud of the enthusiasm, perseverance, and mathematical thinking shown by all participants. Good luck to everyone as they continue their journey towards Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Ruby certificates! 🎉📚

Our Secondary 6 - Extra Sport pupils recently enjoyed two golf sessions at Sluispolder Golf Course. On 17th April, they took part in a golf clinic, learning the basics of the game and developing key golfing techniques. The following week, they put their new skills to the test with a round on the Par 3 course.

Extra Sport is an option contributing towards the European Baccalaureate and provides pupils with opportunities to experience a wide range of sporting activities.

Who knows—perhaps we have some future Ryder Cup stars in the making! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

🎓🎉 Our S7 pupils enjoyed a memorable Muck Up Day as they celebrated their final day before examinations! 😄

The day began with some playful classroom "mucking up" for their teachers – a light-hearted way of getting their own back for years of homework! 📚😂 They also visited our primary pupils, bringing gifts and sharing special moments. 🎁💙

The celebrations ended with a fantastic Leaving Assembly featuring performances, plenty of laughter, and fun challenges for teachers and younger pupils alike. 🎭👏

We wish all our S7 pupils the very best in their upcoming exams and for the future ahead. 🍀✨
