Drink your new life, cheers!

It might sound a little cray cray , but it works…

To shift in to something NEW you must first create space by releasing the old!

No more holding on to what feels safe, when it’s change that we want.

So here’s what I did:

I grabbed two cups from my kitchen. One must be bigger than the other…

The smaller one represented my current reality.
The larger one represented the reality I actually wanted.

I filled the first cup (smallest cup) with water and just sat with it for a minute. I let myself fully feel my current life exactly as it was. The good parts, the stuck parts, all of it. No judging it, just feeling.

Then I took the larger cup & slowly, I poured the water from the first cup into the larger one . While I poured, I spoke aloud my gratitude for my current life.

I then took the second cup filled the cup up to the top with new water representing new life, new energy, new beginnings and closed my eyes and visualised myself stepping into the life I wanted.

I let myself really feel what that would feel like in my body. Then I drank the water.
