The Chore Jacket. Some garments appeal to us because of how they look. Others because of what they represent.
The chore jacket belongs firmly to the latter.
Originally worn by craftsmen, makers and artists in workshops and studios. It was created as a tool. Functional, durable and built to be worn every day.
Its honest construction. Its quiet confidence. The way it carries the marks of time and use.
This interpretation is crafted from robust cotton duck canvas, a densely woven fabric originally used for sails, tents and traditional workwear. Over time, the fabric develops a natural patina, giving each jacket a unique character shaped by its wearer.
Much like a painting changes with the light, the surface of the fabric gains depth and nuance as the years pass.
At Neighbourhood, we have always been inspired by artists, ateliers and the creative process behind their work. Good clothing often shares the same qualities. Attention. Material. Craftsmanship. Time.
Pieces that become more meaningful the longer they are worn.

Stripes with a story.
Some patterns never truly disappear. They simply evolve.
This season, Drake’s revisits the language of vintage sportswear through a collection of striped essentials. From the classic ringer tee to the raglan sweatshirt, both pieces draw inspiration from athletic garments of the past, reinterpreted with a softer, more refined approach. The ringer tee channels the spirit of 1970s sportswear through substantial cotton jersey and contrast ribbed details, while the sweatshirt takes cues from collegiate athletics with raglan sleeves and the traditional “V” insert at the neckline.
What we appreciate about these pieces is their simplicity. Graphic yet understated. Casual yet considered.
They are the kind of garments that quietly become favourites. Easy to wear, easy to combine and built on the same principles we value most: character, craftsmanship and longevity.
At Neighbourhood, we are drawn to clothing like this. Pieces that carry a history, yet feel entirely relevant today.
Where clothing, art, creativity and craftsmanship come together through passion and attention.

More than a shoe.
At Neighbourhood, we are drawn to pieces that carry a story. Not only in how they are made, but in where they come from and the people behind them.
The shoes of Cano find their origins in Mexico, where generations of artisans continue to preserve traditional shoemaking techniques by hand. Every pair is crafted with care, using natural materials and a slower approach to production that values quality over speed.
What makes Cano special is not only the craftsmanship, but the connection to place. A product shaped by culture, heritage and the hands of its maker.
It reflects much of what we value: authenticity, craftsmanship and a deep respect for the process behind every product.

Sporting heritage, reimagined.
In our studio, we revisit a classic that has quietly stood the test of time. The ringer tee.
Originally worn on athletic fields and in gymnasiums throughout the 1970s, the ringer tee became known for its distinctive contrast collar and cuffs. Simple in design, yet instantly recognisable.
This interpretation stays true to that heritage while feeling entirely at home today. Crafted from a substantial cotton jersey, it offers structure, softness and an effortless drape. A piece that feels relaxed by nature, yet considered in every detail.
What makes the ringer tee enduring is its versatility. Sporty in spirit, easy in character and endlessly adaptable. Worn on its own or layered beneath tailoring, knitwear or outerwear.
At Neighbourhood, we are drawn to pieces like this. Garments with a story, a history and a place in the modern wardrobe.
Sometimes the simplest pieces become the most enduring.

Welcome to the world of Neighbourhood.
A world built around craftsmanship, character and quiet details.
Not simply a menswear store. A place where clothing, art and culture meet.
At Neighbourhood, we believe clothing deserves context. That is why every collection, image, object and detail is selected with intention.
Inspired by art, craftsmanship and timeless design, we approach menswear through texture, composition, material and story. Not driven by trends, but by pieces that reveal their value over time.
More than a store, Neighbourhood is a place to slow down. A world shaped by quality, atmosphere and attention.
Where clothing, art, creativity and craftsmanship come together through passion and attention.
We look forward to welcoming you,

Claude Monet in his atelier at Giverny.
Surrounded by oversized Water Lilies, endless layers of paint and years of observation, Monet built an entire world around colour, light and atmosphere.
What inspires us most is not only the paintings themselves, but the dedication behind them. Returning to the same subject again and again, searching for nuance, texture and feeling in every detail.
A quiet reminder that true craftsmanship takes time.
