From simulator sessions to certificate in hand. ✈️

Two more pilots completed their APS MCC training at Orbit Groundschool this August.

Throughout the programme, the focus goes beyond simply flying the simulator: working together as a crew, communicating effectively, making decisions under pressure and operating in a multi-crew environment.

A demanding but important step towards the airline cockpit.

Four APS MCC completions in July. ✈️

Another great month in the simulator at Orbit Groundschool, with four pilots successfully completing their APS MCC training and receiving their certificates.

During the programme, they worked on the skills that matter in a multi-crew cockpit: communication, teamwork, decision-making, workload management and situational awareness.

Plenty of simulator hours, briefings, debriefings and challenging scenarios later, all four have completed another important step in their pilot training.

Why did Ryan choose Orbit Groundschool?

As an ICAO to EASA conversion candidate making a mid-career transition into aviation, Ryan was looking for flexibility without sacrificing quality and structure.
