We are focusing on improving ENERGY levels, increasing MOBILITY, building up MUSCLE mass and strength and learning new SKILLS.

My training takes you to a complete self care routine where you can work on your fitness but also learn professional BOXING skills.

I charge 70€ per 1 hour session. PAYMENT cash or via bank transfer. Always on invoice.

For better results, you can train twice a week. In which case you can pay 120€ for 2 sessions.

Or, if you want to bring your discipline to the next level, we can sign a 3 months contract for training twice a week, every week. 24 sessions. For only 1300€.

All training takes place OUTDOORS. Please research on the health and therapeutic benefits of outdoors training.

Training indoors is also available, but at your own cost. Training indoors will have the prices go a little bit higher.

Training outdoors can also save you a lot of time since we can train anywhere close to your home.

No sophisticated EQUIPMENT needed. Training shoes. Light comfortable clothes. A pair of boxing gloves and boxing wrist bands. The rest of equipment I can provide myself.

Why BOXING?!

I have been practicing very many different martial arts styles since age 9. I found BOXING to be the most efficient for me for both self DEFENSE and THERAPEUTIC purposes.

Physically, it is also a great form of FITNESS and it can bring your full body in a great shape before you know it.

Even though we don't train to become professional champions, we can train just as seriously. Boxing can improve our MENTAL CAPACITY for focus, attention, our decision making process, our reaction time. It can fight stress, overthinking, low self esteem, anxiety and depression.

Even though we don't necessarily train for a competition or for a fight, we know that our best enemy is ourself. Is our own laziness, our own procrastination, our own vices. That is what we are fighting. We are fighting our own extremes so that we can BALANCE our lifestyles and improve our quality of life.

Shaolin Treasures πŸ’ŽπŸ™

Almost every morning. Especially, during working days. It is important to wake up earlier to make time in the morning for yourself.

I like morning. I like quiet in da morning.

I feel better prepared for the day when I already stretched in the morning. Mentally, I feel sharper. Emotionally, more stable. Physically, ready.

I have been practicing this particular exercise almost every morning for the past 11 years. It takes about 13 minutes. Very energizing.

It really is a treasure. I do some additional movements of my own to complete my morning set up. But I always start with this.

I used to teach this in groups, workshops and in private. Some of my students became teachers of this particular form in Japan. I am very proud.

Lately, I stopped teaching because I became very strict. I don't like to motivate people to take care of themselves. I have no patience for that anymore.

You see, as a construction worker - I don't go around trying to motivate people to renovate their houses. They simply know their house needs to be renovated and so they ask for my service.

I expect the same with training. The first step to towards self care is understanding that you need to do something for yourself. The second step is to ask for guidance. And the third step is to do it.

I love my construction work and I wouldn't skip a single day over there to go try to motivate someone who has no interest in themselves.

That is why now I like to keep things for myself. And if anyone really wants me to train them, they have to demonstrate me that they deserve me.

Many have asked me for tips and tricks to get fit. You see. This what I am doing here is very complex. But I always recommend people to go walking. Walk many kilometers. Start with that.

After my surgery, I couldn't train for a very long time. I used to walk 10-15 km a day. Sometimes twice. Walking is the most underrated sport ever.

Make time for yourself, my friend. You are important. You are loved. You are needed. You are wanted. Get ready.

As a passionate ATHLETE, I have had countless injuries along the way. Every athlete knows that's part of their journey and must find ways to recover.

Seeing how much the MASSAGE THERAPY has helped me with healing my injuries, I have decided at some point to study and learn how to do it.

I have figured that it is much easier for me to make a living from massaging people, rather than from training people. That is because when I massage them, I don't have to tell them who they are - I may only ask them who they are. 😁🀣

PAIN IS PAIN. When the body is naked on top of my table, I don't see who you are. I see only pain, posture, tension, injuries, scars. I can relate to pain.

I cannot relate to lazy. That is why, training people is more difficult to me than massaging them hahaha

I also don't want to work in the salon anymore. That type of work is extremely unfair & underpaid. πŸ‘€β€ΌοΈ

A massage therapist in a salon earns just a little bit more than the person who delivers your food, but is twice as tired, and needed three times as much time to study the job to get there.

When you work with your PERSONAL MASSEUR, you pay him the full price. And he will give you his full attention. He may not be a DOCTOR, but he can help and has plenty of experience with:

* healing trauma and injury

* regulating sleep patterns

* nutrition and eating behaviour

* stretching and physiotherapy

* body workout

* skin care

* listening to depression and anxiety

* muscle and tendon maintenance and recovery

* posture, healthcare & lifestyle

You will literally feel better instantly. This really is instant stress and pain relief.

LONG TERM massage therapy can solve plenty of imbalances in the body, from healing irritated organs to fixing inflamed muscles and joints.

If you are healthy and fine, I recommend going for a massage once a month, just for maintenance.

If you are dealing with stress or pain, having a massage twice a week or even every week can bring a big improvement in your general well being.

PAYMENT is CASH. Tips are welcome, but not mandatory. How much do I ask!?

It takes me 30 minutes to get myself and my equipment ready.
It takes me 15 minutes to listen to your complains. It will take me another 15 minutes to fold my table, oils, and get going.
It will take me at least 60 minutes to massage you.
It will take me another 60 minutes to travel.

That is at least 3 hours of my time for one client.

I cannot charge you any less than they charge you in a salon. You don't choose me because I am CHEAPER. You choose me because I am BETTER.

I do offer plenty of DISCOUNTS. I would rather have more clients who pay me less, than less clients who pay me more.

That is because I don't just want to make money. I also want to help people. I want to reach as many people as possible. Because I believe in my GIFT.

LOCATION. You are always welcome at MY PLACE. I like to keep my place nice and clean.

You have hot herbal tea here made with hand picked herbs from my village in Romania and raw honey extracted by my mother and father.

🌍 But I can also come at YOUR PLACE, anytime, anywhere, between 07:00 & 23:00.

That way, you can get your massage right before going to sleep, or right after you wake up, or anywhere in the middle of the day.

I often work with other athletes and help them prepare for events and competitions.

I work with corporate & office employees to help them deal with work related stress and burn outs.

I work with construction workers to help them relax and maintain their bodies.

I work with everybody. The only people I don't work with are people who mistake massage for S*X. I understand physical attraction, but I don't appreciate those who are not able to control it. Male, female, it doesn't matter. Don't do that. Plenty of massage therapists will tell you the same thing.

This is MEDICAL MASSAGE. Not just relaxation.

With us, you can learn footwork, different guard styles, defense & attack techniques, strategies and tactics, combinations, drills, padwork, bagwork and light sparring.

In order to create optimal performance for Boxing and a strong athletic foundation, we have to incorporate in our training elements of Calisthenics & Yoga.

πŸ’ͺ CALISTHENICS is an ancient form of body weight training. It translates from Greek into "Beautiful (Cali) Strength (Sthenos)".

Here, you can learn how to train push ups, planks, pull ups, squats and resistance band workouts. This form of training will help us to build up muscle mass and strengthen our joints and tendons.

πŸͺ“ Makes your MIND SHARP. You have to watch constantly, carefully and use your mind to measure timing and trajectory. You don't just hit.

πŸͺ“ You hit too hard, you stuck your axe. You hit too soft, the wood don't break. You have to be very sensitive, very SAMURAI, very precise, vry wise LOL

πŸͺ“ You have to understand wood. To know where to grab it, how to place it, where to hit it.

I ❀️ BOXING. Grateful to my sparring partner as always. It is a blessing to have someone to practice with. Especially with combat sports. You have to.

As you can see, my Boxing is improving. I like what I'm doing as compared to one year ago. One year ago before my surgery, I had insane power in my left hand, but my overall skill was not as sharp.

I don't worry about power anymore. I know whatever I have left is still enough and growing.

My footwork and my head movement improved. My defense in general improved a lot. I have also adjusted my Mayweather defense and I know better when to use which guard. I have options now.

My favourite Boxing styles are Mayweather Style (pocket boxing), Soviet Style and Tyson Style. My favourite active fighters today are Tank, Bivol and Crawford - I can't make a hierarchy between them.

I figure it is important to pick up whatever useful techniques and tactics from all the different places and then adapt them and make them your own.

Stamina is vital. Power is important. Muscles are necessary. Technique wins fights. But the most decisive aspect is the quality of your mind. This is what I call active philosophy. No bullsh!t.

PS: I did 10 push ups in between rounds for to depress the enemy. πŸ‘€πŸ€£
