On the base of african dance and rythme, you learn to express yourself, your inventitivity, creativity, lightness... You find a fluidity in your body, take the energy in the ground, be free with the space. My work is widely inspired by Elsa Wolliaston, french-american-kenyan teacher, choregraphe, dancer (I follow her education during 25 years) and also yoga. We dance barefoot, with confortable clo
