De Ceuvel Aquaponic Workshops On the 22nd and 23rd of July Metabolic Lab and Mediamatic are hosting a workshop on Aquaponics.

Last week we hosted the Sustainability in Action: Spring edition. Hosts Atanas and Maaike had a few words to share:

"What a joy to be back in the space, with a great group of participants! 14 happy and committed people, willing to engage in a learning process on a professional and personal level. With participants from Germany, Colombia, US, Russia/Israel, the Philippines, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway/Korea, Argentina, Iceland/Spain and Slovakia the conversations were rich in perspectives and stories. What a blessing to be in this multicultural city, and know many of us share a concern and commitment to contribute to a more sustainable world."

We're planning new dates for the rest of this year - hope to see you there.

Thanks to Paleo CaVé for providing delicious and nutritious catering to the Metabolic Lab for one of our group bookings. Lovely display from the first Paleo Cafe in the Netherlands, located nearby at the NDSM werf.

Yummie Life comes to Metabolic Lab once again and shares knowledge and inspiration on how to make your beauty and health products with use of herb infused oil. This month's goodies were: cold and pain relief ointment, tinted lip balm, infusing herbs in oil.

Yummie Life, led by Yeliz Mert, teaches people how to make their own cosmetic products from organic and natural ingredients.
