Onderscheid maken tussen aanleiding en oorzaak geeft ons veel meer vrijheid om te kiezen hoe we willen reageren, in het bijzonder als we getriggerd zijn.

Distinguishing between stimulus and cause gives us much greater freedom to choose how we will respond, especially when we're triggered.
