1.DRY SEASON - will test you to give up, will question your calling, because nothing grows, the church is not growing in membership. No fruit, some are even leaving.

NOTE : In the Dry Season: God is testing your ROOt and FAITHFULNESS

2. HARD SEASON - Comes with attacks , betrayals from some of the members you served and trusted that left you. Some of them you invested so much in them , they saw you as a father or a mother but now they see you as a colleague even an enemy. Dear leader don’t don’t give up

NOTE: In this God is testing your CHARACTER and LOYALTY

3. SILENT SEASON - No hearing from God, prayed and prayed yet nothing is happening. No direction. It looks like you’ve been abandoned.

NOTE: In this God is testing your OBEDIENCE and DEPTH

All this 3 seasons prove that LEADERSHIP is not SEASONAL

If you can SURVIVE all this Seasons - you are qualified for lifetime.
