CIPS is a non-profit, education-based organization dedicated to enabling waste elimination and waste prevention (zero waste). The Center for Industrial Productivity and Sustainability (CIPS) is a non-profit organization that cooperates with reputable organizations to distribute free sustainability-related workplace training and education materials (books, workbooks, videos, etc...), develop free
sustainability-related education programs, and provide an optional measurement and certification service. CIPS offers its materials and services primarily for two reasons: (1) to help reduce resource depletion, environmental degradation and other future costs, and, (2) to facilitate financial prosperity and job growth for businesses and business schools.
