Koentact has a culture & history course! It's called 'Roots of Amsterdam', and the first edition will start on June 1.
Our new English-taught culture & history course ‘Roots of Amsterdam’ explores the history behind modern Dutch culture: from directness and entrepreneurship to freedom, equality, and resistance to authority.
Together with teacher Boris, you’ll dive into Dutch history through storytelling, discussion, and intercultural reflection. Not a boring history lecture, but an interactive course connecting the past to everyday life in the Netherlands today.

Over the past weeks, our students have been out exploring the city, speaking Dutch, and putting everything they’ve learned into practice 💬🇳🇱
And last Saturday? A perfect 20 graden kind of day, eindelijk lente! 🌷
