"So hum ... hum so" aka " I am that... that am I".
When you listen to your breath you might hear the word "so" in the inhalation and the word "hum" in the exhalation. As the breath is a continuous proces it's a perfect object for meditation and contemplation.
When sitting in meditation the mind has the tendency to wander and drift around, thoughts and feelings running through our body, trying to find a place of attention in the mind.
Are you your thoughts? Your feelings? Who are you? What are you? Listen, observe and be.
