POP SCIENCE Expression of interest to rent startup-containers

Model of Pop Science. A street is enclosed by repurposed shipping containers which are inhabited by offices used by start-up companies. The street loosely divides into a relaxing, green space, an exhibiting space and a space for dining, which spills out from a polytunnel positioned at the end of the street in which people can eat and observe the life in the street outside. Adjoining the polytunnel is an events space, used for live events such as music and lectures, and cinema nights. The street and its enclosing buildings will be a community and the area will in time belong to its users, unique to them.
