I’ve had the honour of serving at the vocal helm of FLO’s live journey — coach, director, arranger — shaping, protecting and evolving the sound as they’ve grown from raw and hungry to confident, era-defining artists.

Tiny Desk was always a goal. No smoke. No shortcuts. Just musicianship. To stand there with them and hear the result of years of work meant everything.

“Therapy at the Club” (beautifully written by ) and their whole body of work represents growth, progress and identity against the odds.

FLO aren’t just having a moment — they’re defining an era.
I respect them. I love them. I’ll fight for them for as long as they’ll have me.

After an incredible night in Poland, it was straight back on the road — travelling on to Berlin, carrying the energy of the show, the lessons from the night before, and the quiet reset that happens between cities.

One year of AAA.
And let’s be honest — this anniversary isn’t just about an album.
It’s about everything it took to create it.

It’s the late nights, the early mornings, the hard rehearsals, the tired voices pushed a little further, the moments of doubt that turned into determination, the mistakes they learned from, the laughs that kept them going, and the discipline that made them show up even on the days when the mood was heavy and the schedule was unforgiving.

These three young women have shown up with heart, humility, and hunger from day one.
I’ve been in this industry long enough to know the difference between hype and hard work. FLO? They’re for real!!!!! They’ve earned every single step.

The Grammy nomination didn’t come out of nowhere — it’s just the world finally catching up to what they’ve been building quietly, consistently, and courageously behind the scenes, even when negative narratives said: " I don't get it " or " they ain't all that " !!! Those voices are kinda silent right now....

So when we celebrate a year of AAA, we’re really celebrating their journey — the growth, the resilience, the lessons, the character, and the fire that’s only getting brighter.

Take them seriously, world.
