This is one of those high-percentage combinations that works at every level, from white belt to black belt. The concepts are simple, the mechanics are effective, and the results speak for themselves.

Today at Grappling Industrie, we proved once again that quality beats quantity. Even with a small number of athletes competing, we brought home many victories and showed heart, discipline, and true fighting spirit.
