Day 2 – Expert Meeting 2016
Tuesday 7 June started with a coaching staff meeting, followed by 6 workshops. Today coaches identify tactical training objectives based on last night’s game analysis, but also prepare for injury screening of the players. Thirdly the Football Conditioning Training for last night’s substitute players is being prepared.

Next is the team tactical and individual analysis, both at team and individual level. Coaches cut clips and develop a video presentation for the team meeting on Friday. During the 5th workshop coaches develop a recovery training for last night’s starting XI. The 6th workshop is to discuss the Football Rehab Model which will be applied in this training week.

All workshops are being supervised by a great team of experts.

Day 1 – 5th WFA Expert Meeting in Rotterdam

The 5th edition of the Expert Meeting in Rotterdam started on Monday 6 June in Rotterdam. Over 50 coaches from all continents arrived to participate in a full week of coaching, being coached and most of learning in a unique environment.

After the Barcelona 2015 Summary Day, the official opening took place in the Feyenoord Stadium (size: 50,000 pax). The same evening coaches had to prepare for the tactical analysis of Feyenoord Under 19 during tonight’s game vs Quick Boys in the stadium. The other part of the group discussed how to analyze the football actions, basic actions and basic movements. After the game coaches evaluated their tactical analysis and ex*****on of football actions.
