If you're like me, I LOVE NATURE. But, due to our current life circumstances, sometimes we are unabl Africa. They are like giant straws that absorb and protect.

But, due to our current life circumstances, sometimes we are unable to get into nature and ground ourselves properly. As you know, without this connection we are more susceptible to the toxins in our environment. For the past 5 years I have been studying the work of George Washington Carver(mycology) and the Dogon tribe from Mali W. There are many correlations that I've found fascinating. It led m

e to make my own mushroom (insoles) from fomes fomentarius (tinder conk amadou) with my primary focus on the soles of our feet. Throughout my research, I have found that the fomes fomentarius has many medicinal qualities. Here are just a few examples:
Cures hemorrhoids
Treats bladder disorders
Treats dysmenorrhea
Acts as a diuretic
Acts as a laxative
“Steadies nerves” (this might mean that it treats anxiety)
Treats stomach cancer
Treats uterine cancer

I have also discovered that the soles of our feet have many absorption points which are home to some of the largest pores on our body!! Here the nutrients can pass through the epidermis quicker than anywhere else on the body. The sole of the foot is a sensory organ with sweat glands(exocrine glands) a.k.a.pores, that absorb the Melanin Beta-Glucans into the bloodstream via cellular respiration. These Medicinal properties are dispersed passively by airflow and moisture that can employ a range of biomechanical devices. It functions like a catapult powered by surface tension. This mechanism produces some of the fastest movements in nature. Mushrooms are like crystals and we need to have them under our feet. They protect us like the melanin in our skin!!!. They take ionized radiation, absorb it and change it to usable energy.. Since we do not walk barefoot in nature anymore, and the trees are cut to make room for cell towers, this would be a great way to reconnect to mother earth and ground and protect ourselves again.
