My classes are focussed on physical expression & freedom, and techniques that will help you to develop more defined body awareness. These aspects are as well very useful and applicable in other partner and solo dance styles. Dancing is physical expression to me. Expression of what you feel & think and of who you are. Technique in dance is there to serve you in what you want to express. Technique can help you understand your body, and to develop physical skills to be able to express yourself more clearly and more freely.
