About the art of being silent and listening to what isn’t said. As important as questioning is knowing when to stay silent as a facilitator. Silence helps staying open to new options and allows everyone to add ideas, also the introverts.

Thinking together can put you on the path to solving intractable problems and sparking innovative thinking.”
