Symbols hold information we van use for healing and empowerment. To create balance, unity and peace for body, mind and soul as well as relationships and other challenges.

I am going to use them also for constellation work and just engraved those chestnuts for my proto ype table constellations healing system.

And I knew I should have collected more… 🤔 hopefully I can still find some more.

Selfmade Crystal bags 💎

I often carry crystals with me. In my pockets and in little jewelry bags which I attach to my bra and I just made those ones myself.

One for large round stones and a smaller one for oval stones. Maybe I should make them in other colours too 🤔

At times we need a break to let things fall into place.

When feeling stuck, searching for (new) direction, when the mind goes in circles but cannot quite grasp it all, it’s best to surrender and allow yourself to simply be.

Whether you spend time in nature, meditate, get creative or go to the gym, give yourself permission to be imperfect.

Allow all emotions with their ups and downs to enter your body and wash away what does not serve you to slowly reveal anorether layer, more depth, purpose and mission, inherited talents innate wisdom… all making you stronger for your next phase in life.

The more we surrender and make space for all there is, in the now, the faster we can see the new version of ourselves unfold.

Taking my own medicine, I am making time to integrate all that happened these past weeks.

Our ‘baby’ leaving the nest for a year triggered a lot emotions, having a strange episode of speechloss, being called and initiated as Shaman, reuniting with an old friend… A huge energy shift is happening right now.

Therefore am spending time in nature and with creative projects (this one is still in the making 😉) and currently only take very limited amount of clients. My Shamanic Healing circle starts back up in October hopefully.

Luckily I can work online and remotely too; even for energy healings. 🙏🏼
