Hi hi everyone!

In 2021 The BAPC committee is organising the grand Benelux wide programming competition BAPC. 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮! To organise a grand scale event a bunch of non programming related things need to happen. So, have you ever been interested in being part of a big event, or do you have experience hosting for many people? This might be your thing!
To give some extra information on the event I will explain the people we have/are looking for.

Technical team - You make sure the contestant's clients, the servers and the network are installed and ready to go.
Treasurer - You check on the finances of the event, make sure that external contracts are paid and see all financial matters.
Communication Intern - Communicate with al VU related authorities. Meeting with the faculty, security, FCO and staff is your main task
Event Crew Coordinator - The day of the event will need a bunch of volunteers, The crew coordinator finds, recruits and organises all the volunteers.
Commissioner Food&Drinks - In charge of getting the right lunch, dinner and snacks to the right people for the right price. Also our communications with the Borrelcie.
Commissioner Logistics - You are in charge of ordering all the cool stuff, Mugs, Banners, Balloons, Prizes, you name it. You make sure everything is ordered and arriving on time.

NWERC in eindhoven has been kicked off, but first the test session!

Last Saturday 4 of our VU teams participated in the BAPC against other teams from the Benelux.
