Title: Steering the Family Firm: A Cross-Cultural Study of Transformational and Authoritarian Leadership Styles and Entrepreneurial Orientation

Authors: Ana Cristina Gonzalez, Juan Manuel Gómez González, Yeny Esperanza Rodriguez Ramos

Using STEP Project Global Consortium (SPGC) data, this study examines how transformational and authoritarian leadership styles influence family firms’ innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking across different cultural contexts. The findings highlight the importance of aligning leadership approaches with the cultural environments in which family firms operate.
