Lina is a truly passionate humanitarian leader with a strong global track record in project planning, program strategy, knowledge management, and monitoring & evaluation (PMEL). She brings extensive experience from working with leading organizations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
Her work includes:
1. Advising global partnerships with companies such as Henkel, BASF, and Puratos

2. Leading peacebuilding and conflict transformation programs that empowered 1,000+ vulnerable youth and women

3. Strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge-sharing systems for international NGOs like Solidaridad, forumZFD, ACTED, War Child, and World Vision

4. Delivering high-quality research, proposals, and strategic program support funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, USAID, SDC, WFP, DFID, and ECHO

Beyond her professional career, Lina is a certified Master Life Coach, a passionate public speaker (Amstelveen Toastmasters, NL), and a multilingual communicator fluent in English, Arabic, Russian, with working knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian, and Dutch.
With her wealth of experience in capacity building, program design, women’s empowerment, and humanitarian development, AAHO is confident that Lina’s leadership will greatly strengthen our mission and impact worldwide.
