During the project, we uncovered an unexpected lesson 🌟 from one of our focus groups.

🎓 Academics highlighted the need for improved 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 for entrepreneurial and external engagement activities in universities.
In particular, traditional mechanisms like 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 and 𝐓𝐓𝐎𝐬 are beneficial, but often understaffed, and not well-promoted. 😕

Communication about these support structures is crucial, as many academics find them to be lacking in visibility. It's important to 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 and 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 these resources to maximize their impact. 🚀

The T4UC project may be over, but we're still eager to share its findings.

We're thrilled to have been part of the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐔𝐈𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, held in Madrid from May 27-29, 2024. It was a fantastic event that brought together over 200 organizations and delegates from 40+ countries to discuss the future of education and 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. 🤝
At the conference, the Time4Unichange project had the opportunity to present a 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 and engage with attendees about our initiative aimed at transforming Higher Education Institutions. 🎓

🌟 The final phase of our project was marked by 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 where university managers, professional staff, and key persons from various institutions came together to explore the potential impact of our 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 within their organizations.
It was a fantastic opportunity to present and discuss how our work can make a real difference in the higher education sector. 🌍

It's been an incredible 18 months for project! 🌟

🌟 It's hard to believe, but the project is coming to an end and next week we'll be having our final 𝐢𝐧-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 in Venice.

It's been such an incredible journey and the meeting will be a great opportunity to reflect on what we have 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 and 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 throughout the project. We will also discuss the sustainability of the project and what lies ahead after its conclusion.

🎯 Insights on a 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲

The last case study we want to showcase is the 𝐿𝑎𝑏2𝑀𝑎𝑟𝑘𝑒𝑡@𝑇𝑒𝑐𝑛𝑖𝑐𝑜 in Lisbon. This is an innovation acceleration program that helps researchers, teachers, PhD and Master students of Instituto Superior Técnico to develop their skills and build a business model for their technology. 🚀
Through the program, participants gain a deeper understanding of the 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 and potential 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬, also receiving support for pivoting and exploring new opportunities or ideas that may be more viable.
