I am safe.
I always was.

I am learning to listen
to the language of my body—

the tremble before the truth,
the no that means I care,

the ache that points to longing,
the silence that asks for time.

I am remembering
that safety is not stillness,

it is the pulse beneath permission.
That desire can be sacred,
and boundaries, holy.

That healing doesn’t always roar—
sometimes it whispers
just beneath the skin.

And in that quiet moment,
before I define what I bring,

before I shape it into ceremony or structure,
something awakens—
untamed, knowing, and complete.

This is the work

Working on my new website 🩷🙌🏻

Last year, I developed my existing website—adding pages, information, prices. I put a website specialist in touch with my temporary PA, “delegating” and hoping that they would sort it out so I could focus on something else. They put a lot of effort in, but they are not me. The final product did not resonate, and what I decided to do now is sit my ass down and put my heart into it. And I have been loving doing it.

I wanted it to be simple, aligned with who I am, and to speak via images, colors, and emotions. No bu****it, no shame. Me.

A bunch of mistakes happened along the way—I went to a hairdresser who did nice hair, but not how I usually look. Then, even worse, I went to a professional makeup girl, who put on so much makeup (and fake lashes!) in a way I would never do myself. I looked different and older, haha.

But I definitely had fun in the process. It felt alive, and even if not perfect, I was just doing it. Yesss.

I worked with dear trusted designer who helped me in the past. He was patient and super cool in the process. And still is.

Then, I was procrastinating with writing the content. But finally, I did it. I went to the Embassy of the Free Mind, surrounded by ancient esoteric wisdom. I found moments of inspiration and silence. And I started not only doing it—but living it. Enjoying it.

The website is now becoming ME. My identity.
Will it be perfect? Nope.
But I’m doing it.

It will still take a while so stay tuned :)

Very soon, I will be merging my personal and business accounts on IG and Facebook into one. This space will be a mix of life, medicine work, spirituality, and business—because, in truth, they are all intertwined.

You can journey on plants, but you can also trip on life. Presence and everyday moments give us enough material to do so.

I used to think I had to separate my work from my personal life—to keep things “professional.” But the deeper I go, the more I realize there is no real separation. Life is work. Work is life. Friends come to my retreats, and clients become friends.
My family knows and supports what I do.

And my boyfriend? Well, he’s not the biggest fan of social media—so don’t expect too much juiciness there. 😉

Mystery, spirituality, and self-discovery aren’t just things I practice in my sessions—they’re how I live, love, and navigate both joy and challenge. They are present in every moment.
That’s why this space is evolving. It will no longer be just a personal account—it will be a reflection of the full journey. My life. My work. My purpose. All in one.

A well-regulated state isn’t about resisting what’s present; it’s about being open and responsive to it. True regulation is aligning with what’s unfolding in the here and now.

So, even states like fight, flight, or freeze are natural forms of regulation when they arise in response to real, immediate life dangers or threats. It’s only when these states persist— becoming filters and shaping how we see the world even after the threat has passed—that they become forms of dysregulation.
