LOSE WEIGHT IN 3 EASY STEPS WITHOUT USING FOOD DELIVERY APPS!

I think its all about ease with which you can lose weight. People focus a lot on going to the gym and then eating all kinds of garbage because its hard for them to understand the basics of nutrition !

Ill help - to have a balanced diet

1. Add one -two palms of protien to your meal. Depending on your height hand size vary and this is why this method serves at 95% accuracy !

2. Add one hand of cupped carbs, dont skip carbs love them and use them to give you energy and build muscle when necessary!

3. Last but not the least having veggies is crucial as it helps you keep full and is a source of high quality vitamins !

BONUS TIP -
1. Add one - two thumb of fats, butter or olive oil to your meals !

Remember doing things consistently gets you result so add 2 fingers for consistency and get into your best shape ever !

Body building is not only for aesthetics ! Every year a big percentage of the population suffers from weak joints and immobility. 👴🏼

To keep yourself healthy and strong there are key movements in your body you must focus on 🧐

especially the single leg movements as these activities are done on a daily basis unknowingly and you must load these movements progressively ! 🏋🏽

A good training plan must include these movements and the reasons on why you should do these activities !

What would prompt you to take action, to finally treat your body like you love it. I have recently started to prioritize myself over everything. The more self love i have the fuller i feel ! Deep health doesnt mean you need to look big and have tiny lives or look amazing but feel empty inside. Its a combination of good habits, specially with food and a bit of movement and feeling + looking fabulous

Secret to losing weight - I BIKED 3000 Kms and didnt lose much weight !

Last year i did 3000 kms on the bike and still showed minimal signs of losing weight. There was a reason behind it.

Our bodies are masters when it comes to calorie and energy balance, so it doesn’t matter how much you workout but if you do emotional eating or an unregulated form of eating you are bound to gain weight or not lose.

Top business men say we track every small metric like cost per click or penny spent. And that what it comes down to our bodies as well.

If you can learn this one secret (surprisingly it still is ) to count your calories you will lose weight ! I have lost 14 kgs by doing that !

Dad says : you should study computers ? Me : Why ? Becuase well no one in our family ever became a doctor.

Now since that day forever Ive been a rebel and wanted to create and do something of my own, something that’s limitless and on my own conditions. Thats a reason also why I left my own country just to be different and live a challenge and that’s what expats do and are !

How do i work 14 hrs per day ? 🔽🔽

Running a business is not easy when you think of it as a money making thing💰.

I cannot think of my fitness business as a money making thing the reason being it doesnt make me happy. A few days ago I changed my strategy and started to work towards providing sheer excellence to my clients and audience and restructure my thinking in a way, how can i create a product that will solve the issues of every expat abroad ? And this fired me to do something with a smile on my face and take my business more joyfully. !

I work two jobs, first as a software developer and then as fitness coach for expats ! Why expats you ask ? Because thats what who i am, I understand the core struggles of being away in a country thats not yours and fitting a fitness regime in your lifestyle.

I care about every single person in my community let it be just 2 or 5 getting top performance out of them makes me work 16 hrs per day. Its worth it to be a part of the life by reflecting an improvement!!
