It's like the difference between talking about baking a cake and actually getting in the kitchen to make it! At the end of the day, the world remembers the delicious cake, not just the recipe.
So, let's focus less on talking about what we want to do and more on actually doing it. After all, it's our actions that create real change and make our dreams come true.

It was an honor to be part of the world-class JPNSC 2024 Congress in the vibrant city of Jakarta, organized by Dr. Alif Noeriyanto Rahman and his team. The outstanding scientific program featured presentations by world-renowned speakers. I had the opportunity to discuss my experience with ultrasound-guided procedures in pain and medical ozone therapy in musculoskeletal pain. Congratulations to Dr. Alif and the scientific program committee for the enormously successful congress.
