I’m here to support you in your journey back to ReFriending your body and building Whole Self trust. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your body or struggling with self- acceptance and trust, together we will go on a journey of self-discovery and capacity building, using the intelligence of our bodies to show us the way. We will learn to gently turn towards ourselves rather than away and em
brace all that we face, with a knowing that our body’s intelligence has served us even if it no longer feels that way. This work is my own, however it is based on reputable and evidence-based frameworks, methodologies and modalities and inspired by a dedicated ongoing personal practice. My approach is an interdisciplinary one. I combine somatic awareness, coaching frameworks, consciousness explorations, yoga practice (breath, movement, meditation, philosophy), conscious movement, mindfulness and embodiment modalities to offer a personalised journey depending on your capacity, desires and context. I work both top-down (mind to body) and bottom-up (body to mind) to offer a holistic approach to the work. In our journey together, the emphasis is on you to engage in practice and recognise yourself as your greatest ally. I am here to guide, listen, question, mirror, support and educate, but ultimately the authority of your experience lies with you. I simply support you in getting to a place where you can listen and eventually trust in that. When we work with our bodies we are able to reveal our stories, integrate and release painful memories, bring awareness to our behavioural patterns and emotional states as well as create intentional shifts in the way we show up in the world and relate to ourselves and to others. Getting to know our body provides us with the space for choice, a feeling of coming home and the ability to consciously co-create our future.
