As we mentioned in the previous post about how important it is to occasionally mix in mono, testing your mix on sh*tty speakers or on different devices is important as well! When you check your mix on these devices, they might tell you more about your mix. Maybe you need to make tiny corrections in the mid range? Di you know that you can also cheat usin Audified’s MixChecker plug in that simulates all these enviroments?

In most clubs, venues, cafes, etc. music is being played in mono. We advise you to occasionally mix your track in mono during your mixing process. Whether it's a button on your sound card or a gain plugin on your stereo out (master channel), being able to sum up your mix in mono and make sure it sounds good there, we guarantee it's gonna sound amazing in stereo.
