❓How does memory management work in Python?
✔️Python private heap space takes care of memory management in Python. All objects and data structures are located in a private heap in Python. Programmers do not have access to private heap. The allocation of heap space is done by the memory manager in Python. The programming language also has an in-built garbage collector, which recycles unused memory.

❓What's the meaning of Python literals?
✔️Literal is a data given in a variable or constant. Python supports string literals and numeric literals. String literals reformed by enclosed text in a single or double quote. Numeric literals are either float, integers and complex.

❓What is PythonPath?
✔️PythonPath is a variable used when a module is imported. The code can either be function classes or variables. Most commonly used built-in modules are os, sys, math, random, data time, and JSON.

❓What are nolocal and global keywords?
✔️These keywords are used to change the scope of previously declared variables. Nolocal is used whenever you need to access any variable in a nested function. Global keyword is more straightforward. It makes previously declared variable global.

❓ What's the difference between a class method and a static method?

👉 Keep a track about your finances and keep yourself updated on personal finance.
👉 Do not fall for the debt trap. Always clear your loans as soon as possible. By making a financial plan.
👉 Do not compare your financial status with anyone. Each one of us is traveling a different road. Comparison would only bring stress

Did you have a confrontation with your peers or employer? Can you not forget and forgive an argument?
Do you not feel like connecting back to work and lose motivation as you keep thinking about it?

Chances are you are OVERTHINKING!

Overthinking is known to have adverse effects on your mental health!

Ruminating the events of minor confrontations and arguments among friends and colleagues, relieving the incident again and again, thinking of better comebacks in arguments are signs of overthinking.

It can drain the energy of your mind and body. It has huge impact on your work performance and your day to day happiness.

You can try these tips to overcome overthinking:

➡️ Distract your thoughts to something that gives you happiness. Be it a memory or an activity.
➡️ Being aware of your thoughts. Visualise a STOP when you realise that you are overthinking.
➡️ Condition your brain that you cannot change the past and learn to accept it
➡️ Learn ways to let go and forgive. Chances are the person involved in the confrontation is feeling just as bad as you and want to mend things.

It’s easy to get sucked into our mind’s black hole of “what-ifs” and to worry about many things that are outside of our control. The key is to BREATHE and work on taking things one-moment-at-a-time. Work to be present in the space you’re in. The past will not come back and the future will wait for you to arrive. Everything is going to be okay. 🌎🧘🤍 Thanks for the 🎨
