At this point, it’s inevitable. 6 women in one room at the magnetic speaking kickoff means 6 magnetic talks.. real, ready, and about to go out into the world. On stages. In big rooms.

But honesty the best part:

It’s watching a room full of women start building things together from these connections. Building AI agents for each other. Offering ideas on digital infrastructure. Consulting on Market strategy for the US expansion. Conversations to remind you to trust your intuition as a senior leader. It all happens in that room too!

This is what Magnetic Speaking was always supposed to be. Not just “here’s how to give a talk.” A movement of women who talk like they mean it — and build like they believe it. 🥹🥹

Here’s the nuance nobody talks about: it’s not whether you brag… it’s where it’s coming from. Let’s talk about the source of the brag.

If you’re grounded, humble, kind and you share your wins it reads as confidence. These are the facts. Your tone of voice is still warm.

If it’s coming from insecurity or the need to prove something… that’s when it tips into arrogance. A completely different energy.

So if you want to start crafting your own kind brag… one that actually sounds like you….start here:

1️⃣ What do you want to be known for?
2️⃣ What’s something you did — paid or not, big or small — that gave you so much energy you’d do it again for free?
3️⃣ What’s a publication, feature, or platform you’ve been part of?
4️⃣ What’s a client or project you worked on recently (maybe even yesterday) that you’re genuinely proud of? (Wayyy cooler than the job you had 12 years ago)

Because in the age of AI, this is what actually sets you apart: not the résumé line from a decade ago but the credentials you’re building today.

Start there. Say it like you mean it. That’s the whole brag. Coming from a grounded place. Warm.
