Last week, the five partner schools met in the capital of the Netherlands. 🇳🇱 We had a fun week with lots of interesting discussions and activities around the topics of decolonialism and intercultural stereotyping. 🌍 Thank you to all the wonderful students and teachers. 🏫 .pole.sup

Did you know the real Erasmus taught Latin, Greek and Hebrew in Leuven? The historical figure was the source of inspiration for Europe’s educational programme which has made our project ARISE possible. Here you can see our German colleagues next to his statue in Leuven, when they were visiting and the European Parliament. “I am a citizen of the world, known to all and to all a stranger.”

Good news from Potsdam! “We are happy to announce that we can finally start the rebuilding of our library into a study room for the students. This is possible because through the Erasmus Project we were able to contact the members of parliament from the Potsdam city hall and send out a request which got approved.”

🇪🇺🇧🇪🇳🇱🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸Our first meeting with students was a tremendous succes! They explored our German partner school, connected and communicated in 4 different European languages, learned about democratic behaviour in class and school by prof. dr. Roth, worked around European youth goals and explored Berlin. What a beautiful, young, engaged nee generation! Amsterdam and Teilhard de Chardin

🌍 Ayer, jueves, finalizó en Leuven (Bélgica) el "Kick off" del nuevo proyecto Erasmus+ de Asociaciones Estratégicas, en el que ha participado un grupo de profesores de nuestro centro junto a docentes de otros cuatro centros de Francia, Bélgica, Holanda y Alemania. 👏👏
📝👥 Todos ellos han estado trabajando en el Proyecto ARISE sobre la participación democrática de los jóvenes. Bajo el título "Arise+ : Act and React: towards Involve Students in a democratic Europe", los cinco países involucrados (Bélgica, Alemania, Holanda, Francia y España) estudiarán diversas iniciativas durante 3 años para implicar a los jóvenes en la participación y valores democráticos como ciudadanos de la Unión Europea.
📅 Con ese objetivo, del 14 al 17 de noviembre se han programado las acciones que se llevarán acabo desde ahora hasta octubre 2025, lo que incluirá más de 300 movilidades de alumnado e implicará a más de 1500 agentes. 😲 Un proyecto que engloba no sólo a centros educativos, sino también a profesionales y especialistas de diferentes ámbitos, incluyendo el sector empresarial.
