I.v.m. wisseldiensten van Kenny is het soms onmogelijk om naar de gym te gaan met een baby thuis, maar dat mag geen excuus zijn😩
We hebben een loopband aangeschaft, dus ik begin met 5 dagen cardio en elke dag een andere spiergroep d.m.v. dumbells en plyo-oefeningen..

🇳🇱 Gisteren heeft onze atleet .ling.37 op de A-wedstrijd van de Grandprix de 2e plek binnen de Masters-klasse én de 3e plek binnen de 70kg-klasse weten te bemachtigen. Hij heeft zijn fysiek ver overtroffen in een jaar tijd! Wìj zijn super trots op deze champion🏆 🇺🇸 Yesterday our athlete .ling.37 has won the 2nd place in the masters- bodybuilding class, and the 3rd place in the 70kg bodybuilding class. We couldn’t be more proud of our champion! His physique has been approved so much in nearly a year!! 🏆
