Give a New Start to the YEAR 2025 emphasizing on a more fitter and healthier version of You & Family . To de-stress in life and give time to mind, body and soul is the main aim of our group.

We are coming up with Yoga, Meditation and Fitness Session for both Kids and Ladies .It would be an early start to get kids started on mindfulness and breathwork in a fun way through games and Asanas. They will learn to be more flexible and better control their body and as early as they begin it will be fruitful for the future!!

** Same time slots for Mother & Child also possible.
